My opinion of these lecture notes are fairly well. There is a lot of infomation and much to learn. On the other hand, since there is so much information to learn, its hard to remember all of it.
Infoport is where you can find some of the examples used in the lecture.

This is one of the key points Prof.Rocha made in the class, that this is the information age so we don't have to remember as much as we would have to about 20 years back.This is because of the ease with which information can be accessed.Please try to look deeper into the different aspects of information-it will be this understanding that you should expect to carry away from this class.
